Is travel or lodging included?+
Lodging is on your own, but getting around isn’t — a complimentary shuttle runs between both partner hotels and the Freedom Center on both conference days. Room blocks are held at The Kinley Hotel ($179/night, 15-minute walk) and AC Hotel — The Banks ($249/night, 5-minute walk). A discounted booking link will be shared with registered attendees.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Full refunds are available through September 15, 2026, when registration closes. After that date, registrations are non-refundable — but you can transfer your seat to a colleague at any time by emailing contact@threesixtymerch.com with the new attendee’s details.
What is the dress code?+
Business casual.
Where do I park?+
Garage parking. The nearest garage is directly below the museum in the Central Riverfront Parking Garage (182 Race Street entrance recommended). The garage is fully accessible via elevators.

Street parking. Limited metered street parking is available adjacent to the museum — pay machines or the Cincy EZPark app.

Parking rates may vary due to games, concerts, or special events.
